CDSL Ventures Limited (CVL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). CVL is the first entity to get approval from SEBI to act as a KYC Registration Agency (KRA). It has created the necessary infrastructure in order to handle the KYC in accordance to the KRA Regulations (2011). Since 2007, until issuance of KRA Regulations, CVL was the only entity which was processing KYC applications for entire Mutual Fund Industry.

CVL under its project “CVL’s Academic Depository (CVL-AD)” serves education sector besides securities markets. CVL’s -AD is a system of creating and holding award details in electronic form and making them available for Verification to those AIs who are offering higher studies and employers.

In any event, and without prejudice to the foregoing, any person who accesses information of any nature from the site ("User") shall be deemed to do so only on the terms and conditions set out herein below.

The site contains variety of information concerning CVL & CVL -AD and its services.
